About the Role
Lead the design process from concept development through to project completion, ensuring design integrity and client satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with clients, architects, consultants, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and constraints.
Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and design schemes that reflect the client's vision, brand identity, and functional needs.
Oversee space planning, layout development, and interior architectural detailing, ensuring efficient use of space and adherence to building codes and regulations.
Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
Lead the selection and specification of furniture, fixtures, equipment, materials, and finishes, considering aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements.
Produce high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and project teams.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior design team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and installation of design elements.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables, monitoring progress and addressing any issues or deviations promptly.
Conduct site visits, inspections, and reviews to ensure design intent is realized during construction and installation phases.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in interior design, incorporating innovative ideas into design solutions.

Requirements
Proven working experience in designing interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
Excellent portfolio of previous works
Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
Communication and presentation skills
Project management skills
BSc degree in Interior Design or similar
Minimum Experience 3 Years
